Return and Exchange Policy

We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item within 30 days of receiving your order. If your order has exceeded 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Here are the details of our Return and Exchange Policy:

Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• You must request a return authorization by emailing our customer support team at info@sandstshirts.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 15 business days to process, depending on your payment method.

Discounted Items:

• Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items sold during sale or promotional periods cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

• We replace items if they are defective or damaged OR that item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• A product can only be replaced with another product of equal or lesser amount. If you want to change to a product with a higher price, we ask you to return the initial order for a refund and place a separate order with the desired product.
• You must request an exchange authorization by emailing our customer support team at info@sandstshirts.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
• Once we receive and inspect your exchanged item, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Exceptions:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that were not purchased directly from our website.
